The year 2020 has brought many unexpected changes to our industry. One adjustment that our team has made has been to do many of our interactions with clients virtually to help our clients achieve a level of comfort. We now offer the following services in addition to our in person consultations and meetings.
Virtual Listing Consultations:
We can meet via Zoom, Google Groups, Facetime or Facebook Chat to review the comps for your property, tour your property, and discuss plans for listing.
We can send all documents via Dotloop or DocuSign for you to complete paperwork easily without face to face interaction.
Buyer Consultations:
We can meet via Zoom, Google Groups, Facetime or Facebook Chat to discuss your search needs and can review the MLS listings with you over these tools.
We can send all documents via Dotloop or DocuSign for you to complete paperwork easily without face to face interaction.
We can tour homes on Zoom, Google Groups, Facetime or Facebook Chat so you can preview them without being there in person.
Virtual Open Houses -If you are not comfortable with having people in your home for an open house, we can host a virtual open house where we market it in advance and then give tours for an hour on Facebook. Links will be shared on our social media as well as the MLS so people know where to go to see us giving the tour.
Virtual Video Tours
When we list your home we will also do a video tour of the property. This not only assists in marketing your home, but also let’s potential buyer’s see it before they schedule a tour. This helps make sure only buyer’s who already like what they see come in person to tour the home, freeing up spots for other serious buyers.
